RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You may return your full price of "DUA the label" items for exchange or store credit.
For all returns, the following requirements must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- For International returns, all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
- All items must be in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must not have been worn, altered or washed.
! Please note that all sale items are final
Please note that the shipping cost incurred for returning the item for exchange is not covered or reimbursed by "DUA the label". We recommend using a registered postal service, to return your "DUA the label" pieces, as we will not be held accountable for the loss of your goods being returned.
- Prior to returning your goods, please contact us (email: email@example.com) advising the reason for your return; and items you would like to exchange your goods for. We will then provide you with further instructions.
- When returning your goods please include your name, order number and your items for return, including packaging.
Please note, we try to process our returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask that you please allow around 5 business days from the time we receive the goods for the return to be processed. Once the exchange item(s) have been sent you will provided you with a tracking number.
