RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you received an item and wish to return it for any reason, please inform Dua the label in writing within 14 days.
We will offer you to fill the RETURN FORM and send it to email: firstname.lastname@example.org
The items you return must be unworn and in their original condition save for your right to inspect the goods and try on the garments. It is your responsibility to ensure that you package the returned goods adequately so that it arrives back to Dua the label undamaged.
Please note, we don’t accept returns for women’s swimwear, lingerie items, that are considered to contact human microflora. We will also not accept returns on items under promotion or sales.
Dua the label is not responsible for delivery items lost in transit.
To issue the request for refund, fill the FORM send it to email: email@example.com with title “REFUND”. Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof. After Dua the label investigates the proofs and confirms the issue, proceed with returning the item.
Items must be returned to Dua the label within 14 days of having your ‘request for refund’ approved. As the Item is received, Dua the label will process your refund to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card).
If an item becomes faulty after wear, you are entitled to query a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving an order. Please provide a detailed description of the fault together with photographic evidence and contact Dua the label by sending the FORM. Once the Brand has reviewed this information and received the item back to their warehouse any decision to honour a refund is at its discretion and based on the evidence provided by the customer.
Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then you will have to request a refund and follow the refund procedure.
SHIPPING COSTS ON REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Dua the label will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart.
